Almond Cocao Protein Balls

Use the left over meal from your nut milk & turn it into a batch of healthy snacks!

Almond Cocao Protein Balls

INGREDIENTS

3/4 C Almond meal
6 Pitted Medjool Dates
1 Tbsp Cocao
1 Scoop Protein powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp soft/melted Coconut Oil

Topping:
Choose whatever you like, I used some beetroot powder, chia seeds, desiccated coconut or more cocao powder

METHOD

1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor & blend on high until all combined
2. Scoop out small portions and roll into balls
3. Dust with extra powders or roll into desired topping
4. Store in glass container for up to 5 days

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION

Medjool dates have a naturally sweet, caramel flavour but are also high in fibre, potassium, copper and magnesium.
